WHAT CAN I DO WITH MY ACCOUNT?
After your first purchase, you’ll be able to enter your email and make a password. Et voila, your The Glam Haus account is ready to go! Here, you can make changes to your shipping / billing address, payment deets etc.

Now your favorite products and brands are available for you too! Purchase crowd favorites, fun finds and niche newbies now and forever more!

Shipping

IS THE PRICING INCLUDED IN THE SHIPMENTS?
All gift boxes purchased on THE GLAM HAUS via GLAMMED BOX or CURATE YOUR BOX are shipped in luxe packaging, topped with a message card (optional) with no pricing included. All individual items purchased through the Marketplace will ship with packing slips, and no handwritten note with delivery charges included.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR ME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders take 1-2 business days to process including delivery. On the rare occasion there is a delay from our end, we’ll let you know immediately to make a better alternative arrangement. Incase you want delivery on a particular day, please leave us a note at the checkout and we will ship out your package on that specific day.

WHAT COUNTRIES DO YOU SHIP TOO?
At the moment, we only ship inside the UAE.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I RECEIVE SOMETHING THAT'S DAMAGED?
We’re really sorry if you received something damaged, sometimes the boxes may be handled a little too heavy handed in transit. Pop it into an email with a pic of the product, to hello@theglamhausme.com within 14 days of receiving, we’ll try and get it sorted for you!

Returns, Exchange, & Cancellation

IS IT POSSIBLE TO CANCEL MY ORDER?
All sales once made are final. We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. We have yet to commence the pickup service as we are expanding our work space. We have a curate a box platform, which makes it very convenient and hassle free for you to choose from our various options - all under the same page. The box comes in one individual size.

IF I PLACE AN ORDER FOR SOMEONE, WILL THERE BE A RECEIPT IN THE BOX?
We provide the receipt to the one who places the order. Your privacy matters to us. The receipt will not be placed in the gift box.
